The three-bedroom house which could be yours for just £80,000 is very dirty with piles of rubbish strewn all over the place. The house is set to go to auction on March 31, but images showing the home’s state of disrepair have attracted attention for all the wrong reasons.
The house is located in Llandudno, Wales, and is expected to be sold for its auction price of just £80,000 but is in need of major repair works as reported by North Wales Live.
One room shows a pack of Stella Artois on the bedside cabinet which could end up coming with the auctioned property if lady luck smiles on you.
Estate agents Allsop have however assured that potential buyers need not worry as the house will be cleared of all rubbish and unwanted items when the sale of the site is completed. The house listing which has been shared on social media has drawn a lot of attention from people because of its condition.
The property which has a large overgrown rear garden is located on the north west side of Maesdu Road, to the south west of its junction with Ffordd Las. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, two reception rooms and a very cluttered kitchen.
Clutter inside shows piles of paper in one corner of the room, a dirty scattered bed and a mould-ridden toilet including rubbish and bags strewn over the rear overgrown garden floor. There is no gainsaying the fact that whoever buys the property will need some serious elbow grease – and a strong stomach.
Allsop auctions say that the property will be open to be looked at by potential buyers every Monday and Wednesday before the auction. The company however strongly advises whoever would want to come view the property to wear a face mask and gloves when viewing the property. They have also asked those who are displaying symptoms of coronavirus not to visit the property.
The three-bed end terrace house which is located overlooking the large Llandudno Rugby Field, is only minutes away from the A470 which gives it direct access to A55 expressway and has a variety of local shops and amenities available within Llandudno.
Contrastingly, similar auction sales in the surrounding areas have sold with an average of £180,000 in the course of last year.
